Euglycemic ketoacidosis is an entity in which the blood glucose levels are within
the normal range but the patient is ketotic with metabolic acidosis. This case consists
of euglycemic ketoacidosis resulting from starvation in a previously healthy pregnant
woman. We used fixed dose insulin for her successful management.
