We found that this case of vulvar reconstruction after wide resection for gynecological
cancer was of particular interest thanks to the use of the uncommonly described superficial
external pudendal artery (SEPA) propeller perforator flap (PPF), and to its particularly
good aesthetic and functional outcomes.
