Vasa previa is a condition in which umbilical vessels without Warton jelly run through
the fetal membrane across the internal os and may by life-threatening to a fetus [
[1]
]. Therefore, transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound is used to screen for vasa previa.
An atypical type of vasa previa was recently reported [

]. Due to the features of transvaginal ultrasound imaging, difficulties are sometimes
associated with the three-dimensional (3D) imaging of vessels traversing vasa previa
in utero. Therefore, postnatal feedback of fetal appendages is important, and a recent study
suggested the running of the vessels of vasa previa postnatally by 3D imaging [
